Pay attention, Senators and Representatives in the U.S. Congress, and all the employees of the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, and every other alphabet agency within the U. S. Government. Pay very close attention to my words. Your future in government service may very well depend on how you respond to what I am about to write here.
Before going on I am going to make a bold statement. If you are wise, you will read these words carefully, and you will heed them:
Whether you like him or not, Donald Trump is on the springboard to succeed at all that he is attempting to accomplish. Every promise he made during his campaign will come to pass. History will bear witness to this. You — every last one of you — will be a part of that history, either by supporting President Trump and winding up on the winning team, or by fighting against him and winding up on the losing side. It is your choice. You can be a winner, and help America win, or you can be a loser and fall by the wayside as America and Donald Trump’s winning team succeeds without you. What you cannot do, however, is stop him from accomplishing what he has set out to do. Donald Trump has a secret weapon. That secret weapon will win the day, with or without you.
I’m 75. I’ve closely watched every president who has occupied the White House since Harry S. Truman. I’ve also studied the records of the presidencies of Harry Truman and Franklin D. Roosevelt, whose presidencies took place when I was too young to fully appreciate them. In other words, these are not idle words, written by a naive, inexperienced fool. Not one American president in my lifetime can hold a candle to Donald Trump. There is one reason why this is so: Not one of those men had access to the secret weapon he has.
That secret weapon is deceptively simple. Donald Trump has truth on his side. Truth. That’s it. But it is enough, because truth is the most powerful weapon anyone can muster:
“When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it–always.”
― Mahatma Gandhi
Like George Washington — and unlike practically all of you (yes, it pains me to say this, but with only a very few exceptions, one of which is one of my Texas Senators (not both, for John Cornyn cannot hold a candle to Ted Cruz when it comes to honesty and integrity) — he has one goal, to do the best thing for America and her people. He has no hidden agendas, like many if not most of you have. He isn’t trying to feather his nest the way many if not most of you are trying to feather yours. Oh, and by the way, your hidden agendas will come to light. And your feathers will start to show. Mark my words. If I were you, I’d do all I can do to clean up my act, quickly…
